Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to pinpoint customer needs and devise innovative solutions to address them.
- Spearheaded the design of new features and oversaw their smooth integration into production.
- Craft and uphold documentation detailing both internal and public services.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Implement top-notch practices within a dynamic engineering environment.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of hands-on technical development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, C++, Java, or related ones.
- Proven track record in developing sophisticated software systems capable of scaling to substantial data volumes or serving millions of users, with a focus on deployment, monitoring, and reliability.
- Experience in designing and constructing systems within a microservices-based architecture.
- Ability to dissect complex business challenges and lead a team in resolving them.
- Solid grasp of multi-threaded programming, concurrency primitives, and data structures.
- A BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
