- Drive development projects towards success
- Lead and mentor a team of in-house and contract developers
- Oversee the SDLC and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Provide hands on development when necessary
- Streamline development and operational processes by building, deploying, and monitoring applications more efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer on development teams. 7+ years development experience and 3+ years of Lead experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ASP.Net, MVC, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong hands-on experience with relational databases.
- Experience managing both in-house and contract teams.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices, experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS, etc.), CI/CD.
- Experience with data visualization libraries
