Job Description

What you'll do ::

  • Lead a team of engineers to develop and implement LLM applications and other AI features, driving innovation and company growth
  • Provide architectural direction, manage technical debt, and set coding standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate LLM applications seamlessly
  • Develop and manage knowledge retrieval databases, web services, and tools to scale IMMO's products
  • Own problems and deliver end-to-end solutions across the technology stack
  • Promote collaboration, mentor team members, and build appealing front-end applications
  • Grow as a go-to expert in your areas of passion and work from our Chennai office in a hybrid model

  • Strong computer science and programming fundamentals
  • Proven full-stack technical lead experience
  • Experience building web/mobile apps from scratch and managing/mentoring engineers
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and agile development methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with LLM libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and models (GPT-4, Claude)
  • Solid understanding of machine learning principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deliver on tight deadlines, and take projects from idea to implementation
  • Passion for learning new technologies and continuous skill improvement
