The Technical Operations Division of Delta Air Lines, Inc. offers student programs that include positions in engineering and some areas related to the organization's production and operations.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
CO-OP status requires the applicant to be enrolled as an undergraduate student (second year or older) who has successfully completed a minimum of 30 semesters (44 hours).
Must have at least a 2.5 GPA and be able to maintain a minimum GPA. The candidate must be able to work in a team to solve technical problems.
The candidate must also have the ability to do activities with limited attention span. Good technical writing, oral communication and presentation skills are essential.
Strong knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft Office software. Demonstrates safety-conscious behavior in all work processes and procedures.
Some positions may require weekend work and/or shifts
Prioritize the safety and security of yourself, others and personal data at all times. Accepting different people, ideas and styles.
Have a high school diploma, GED or high school equivalency. Be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the United States.
