Full job description
To support our growing team, we are looking for a Technical Operations Associate to join the ONE Media Lab team. As a Technical Operations Associate, you will provide administrative support to the One Media team. This employee will be working on site in our Hunt Valley office, in the One Media Lab.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for ONE Media lab (purchasing, equipment tracking, coordinate vendor visits and meeting, etc.).
- Coordinate onsite interop events.
- Work with technical staff to review and publish research papers.
- Coordinate technology demonstration with Sinclair business development team.
- Develop and maintain equipment tracking system for ONE Media.
- Develop and manage depository for documents, presentations, research reports, etc., for ONE Media.
- Coordinate and support technology demonstrations at key events (NAB, CES, etc.)
- Support other ONE Media initiatives.
Required Skills:
- An associate degree or equivalent experience.
- A strong communicator.
- Positive approach to team and clients.
- PC and Mac literate, including good experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive with independent working skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and plan to meet tight deadlines to achieve required targets.
- Experience with Agile.
- Very strong writing skills.
Nice To Have Skills:
- Experience with broadcasting and media industries.
- Experience with social media and web publications.
