The role will be focused on understanding the structure and technical challenges of the websites’ as well as developing solutions to improve the ability of search engine to crawl and understand the sites. The role is suitable for an experienced SEO who has worked on very large or enterprise level websites.Responsibilities:• The successful candidate will take ownership of one or more of the areas that fall under crawl optimisation, such as xml sitemap optimisation, robots.txt handling or mobile parity.• Analysis and optimisation of area of responsibility• Creation of tickets and liaising with product team once optimisation’s are identified• Monitoring of performance and implementation in area of responsibility• Keeping up to date with the latest developments in SEO• Working with tracking team and reporting on results of optimisationRequirements:• Minimum 3 years previous technical SEO experience• Experience working with large-scale website optimisation• High level of understanding of bot crawling and indexing processes• Proficient experience working with crawling tools such as Botify and Deepcrawl• High level of proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheets• Previous experience in Project management• Self-motivated worker• Attention to detail• Good logical thinking• Experience with SQL of an advantage• High level of spoken and written English (native speaker level)• Team player with a structured and reliable way of workingWe Offer:• High degree of ownership• Remote working with office work also optional• An engaged and friendly team, working with agile processes in an international environment• Opportunities to learn and grow in the role Benefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
