Annual Bonus
This role is with a lean HFT firm here in NYC, with a distributed global presence as well.
They are looking to develop a new, modernized trading platform for use in the cash equities and futures trading.
In this role, responsibilities would be split 50/50 down two verticals:
- Management of their development team
- Ownership of the roadmap/architecture for the new system and it's integration with legacy technology, as well as daily hands-on code contribution in the development of said system.
Extensive previous experience in the HFT/latency sensitive trading space and C++ is required.
Previous management/mentorship experience is a plus, but not required- the technical skillset is the most important.
