Job Title: Temp - Manager, Digital Accounts
A little bit about our team:
The WMG Global Commercial Services team maximizes WMG revenue and market share, leading through best practices, platform expertise and forward thinking solutions that support our recorded music strategy.
Your role:
Within this role, you will work collaboratively across various divisions at WMG and YouTube to support the execution of key initiatives that maximize revenue and market share for WMG. Working alongside the WMG account management team, our label partners, and YouTube, you will actively engage in projects, in some cases managing implementation, while developing data-driven insights that inform company strategy and best practices.
Here you’ll get to:

Support the WMG global account management lead in implementing key initiatives.

Work closely with the content management, digital operations, and label teams to streamline and ensure efficient process/procedure of content set-up at YouTube.

Prepare and input data at YouTube, maximizing accuracy and efficiency.

Analyze artist / label data at YouTube and develop insights that measure impact and inform strategy.

Work with WMG / ADA labels globally to ensure they follow best practices on YouTube and identify new opportunities.

Work collaboratively across Recorded Music and Music Publishing divisions to optimize WMG market share and revenue at YouTube.
About you:
-
Have experience with the YouTube Content Management System.
-
Have the ability to navigate and develop insights using YouTube analytics and data.
-
Can take direction and execute specific outlined initiatives.
-
Can work under pressure, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
-
Have proficiency in Google products such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.
We’d love it if you also had:

Strong analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

3+ years of experience // 6+ years of relevant professional music industry experience.

College degree preferred.

Salary Range
$25.00 to $33.00 Hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
