Department Summary
Testing Services supports UNT Dallas’s mission of empowering students, transforming lives, and strengthening communities by providing opportunities for the assessment of knowledge and skills relating to academic and professional goals.
Position Overview
Provides overall coordination and supervision of testing programs. Responsible for the development and maintenance of computer and paper based testing programs. Responsible for consulting with members of the faculty and staff concerning testing programs, and for consulting with parents and students concerning problems and issues that occur during examinations
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with two years' of related experience and or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong organizational, written and verbal skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in Data entry and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to those with experience working in either a University or Testing Center environment.

Job Duties:
Oversees the overall administration of testing programs, including the coordination of staff activities, facilities and materials. Plans and supervises research studies evaluating the effectiveness of testing programs for academic placement, credit, and other purposes Inspects facilities and counsels with test administration personnel to insure that optimum testing conditions are attained.
Maintains records of student test scores. Submits statistical summaries and reports as required.
Makes continual review of procedures used in accordance with established policies and standards.
Provides advice and assistance in the interpretation of test results to students, faculty and staff.
Oversees the arrangement for and administration of national and institutional testing programs in which the institution participates.
Assists with the ordering of materials necessary for regular and special testing programs.

Tuesday-Friday 8a-5p AND Saturday 8:30a-3p, In Person
