Full Job Description:
Amazon Software & Service Penetration Testing (DSPT) requires TPM to support our program. The candidate will provide technical leadership on programs and initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the entrance examination process. Main functions
* Provide plans/advice on the feasibility of the testing project to enter into the long term and provide feedback on improvements and ways to address weaknesses identified in previous campaigns.
* Coordinate other security functions required by penetration testers, including access, resource availability, secure communications, two-way communication between operational resources and target audience.
* Increase in problems encountered by security engineers / penetration testers
* Assist in the transfer of all data between different security environments to include the transfer of technical findings reporting and vulnerability management/research activities.
* Development of automated systems for reporting and provisioning of on-demand resources
* Support input auditors (internal and external) on operational support requests and project progress
* Management of the current and future technical direction of penetration test performance
* Support solution improvements/improvements (e.g. technology, process and operational integration)
Eligibility Criteria
5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
5+ years of technical experience in product or program management
Experience managing projects within a cross-functional team, creating processes and managing release processes
3+ years of research, quantitative, communications and presentation experience
Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. DISCLAIMER WANTED
5+ years of project management training including scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk and critical path management experience.
Experience managing projects across functional teams, creating sustainable processes, and managing release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar transactions and reporting to senior management.
3+ years of software development experience
Demonstrated ability to handle large amounts of data, present the data in a usable format and derive actionable insights from the data.
