This position plays a pivotal role in developing and delivering comprehensive technical training programs for our employees. You will leverage your expertise in instructional design to create engaging and effective learning materials, ensuring our teams are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles. What You Will Do...
- Responsible for development and delivery of technical training programs for all levels of the manufacturing facility to include content development, curriculum design, and program coordination.
- Create instructional materials, including training manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and other multimedia content.
- Incorporate adult learning principles and instructional technologies to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in technical knowledge and skills within the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making continuous improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Learning Management System (LMS) system administration to include but not limited to e-learning, testing, qualifications, and evaluations.
- Conduct onboarding training for all new hires.
- Facilitate a smooth transition for new-hires into their respective positions by answering questions or directing to the correct individual(s) to help with any questions or concerns.
- Ensure employees have completed appropriate qualifications for their assigned position.
- Develop a competent workforce by utilizing hands-on training methods in the work area.
- Conduct retraining for employees exhibiting behaviors contrary to the training or standard operating procedures.
- Review progress reports with Production Supervisor(s) and Managers on a consistent basis.
- Develop and complete 30, 60, and 90-day benchmarks for trainee performance and status.
