Transpo Group is looking for an enthusiastic team member with a passion for transportation analysis and planning who is seeking a fast-track career path and opportunities for growth. The position requires a candidate with a passion for working in one or more of the following areas: traffic operations analysis, traffic engineering, transportation planning, safety analysis, multimodal transportation analysis (vehicle, pedestrians, bicycle, and transit), or traffic volume forecasts. Candidates should have demonstrated excellent analysis and technical writing skills. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship at this time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and solve complex transportation planning or engineering problems dealing with all travel modes.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, with strong writing skills.
- Use a variety of software programs effectively and make timely and informed recommendations to internal managers and project team.
- Work on a variety of projects, which may include, but is not limited to, traffic operations, microsimulation, campus plans, multimodal corridor studies, transportation impact studies, bicycle and pedestrian studies, and regional transportation plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in transportation, civil, or urban and regional planning, or a related major
- Have proven written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize analysis software programs
- Must be able to work in the U.S.
- Is a self-starter and can take initiative
- Be able to work successfully both in a team scenario and in an environment where there is little or no daily supervision
