Responsibilities and Duties
- Facilitate the optimization of the company's cash position by forecasting cash flows, monitoring daily cash balances, and ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
- Support relationships with financial institutions, including banks and investment firms.
- Coordinate cross functionally to maintain accurate cash flow forecasting models to support budgeting, strategic planning, and investment decisions.
- Assist in managing the company's debt portfolio, including term loans, lines of credit, and other financing arrangements. Optimize debt structures and manage debt compliance.
- Identify and assess financial risks, including interest rate risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Enforce treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on treasury activities, liquidity positions, and financial risk management for senior management and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Assist Treasury Manager with providing Francisco Partners and members of the executive team board and investor materials.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with financial instruments, credit facilities and treasury best practices
- Familiar with forecasting, budgeting and treasury related GAAP accounting rules
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced/deadline-oriented environment
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business required
- 2-3 years of experience in treasury operations
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $93,000-$139,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
