Position- Engineer - UPS Testing
Minimum Academic Qualification- BE – Electronics / Electricals with more than 3 years’ experience
Minimum Working Experience- 2 years
Minimum working experience in same Industry- 2 years
Skill- requirement
Must have good knowledge of Power electronics.
- Must have knowledge of SLD/ schematics diagram.
- Knowledge of basic electronic devices/circuits/ electrical system.
- Fault finding ability during UPS testing.
- Should have Analytical skill, good communication skill, leadership quality.
Job responsibility:
- Responsible for final UPS testing (Production) activity. Plan test bay allocation according to requirements.
- Should be able to handle customers Inspection. Understand their requirements about product.
- Conduct FAT as per QAP/customer requirements. Answer customer queries, if any. (Knowledge of all Power products is required)
- Monitor & analyse UPS failure data during testing. Initiate action on the same in coordination with Production/IPQA/IQA.
- Responsible for maintenance activity of test bay & load bank.
- Maintain test equipment’s, calibration on regular basis.
- Help DVT/Engineering/application team for new product/component testing.
- Provide product /technical training (as & when required) to newly joined engineer (Services or any other department)
