This is a remote position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience working with US accounting
Calling for Timesheets of onsite employees, Posting of Timesheets in QuickBooks and Reconciliation of the same
Manage all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in Quick books
Performing monthly bank reconciliations.
Monthly financial reports for management
Manage, book and maintain expense details for business independently
Ad-hoc projects and reporting
Knowledge of Finalization of Accounting
Updating tax changes and coordinating with team.
Knowledge of US taxation rules and regulations are added advantage.
Should have prepared financial statements - Profit and loss account and Balance sheet
Develop monthly financial statement, including cash flow, profit and loss
Should do research and have to update with changes of different taxes of US Geographical area
Required Candidate profile:
Candidate should have good knowledge in QuickBooks
Minimum 5 plus years of experience into US Accounting only
Excellent Communication Skills
Expert in filing US Accounts
Candidates preferably from IT Services / financial services companies.
