US Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a US Payroll Specialist who is self driven and a great teammate to come join our dynamic team. As part of the US Payroll team, this position reports to the US Payroll Manager and will work closely with Human Resources, Stock Administration, and other cross functioning teams. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week on-site.

What you’ll be doing:

• Process US bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll accurately and timely

• Customer service focused with detail on employee support and personal data confidentiality

• Provide support and coverage for other team members

• Process prior quarter wage and tax adjustments

• Handle and implement all company payroll policies and procedures to ensure requirements are followed consistently every payroll

• Assist in year end processing to ensure accuracy of W-2's

• Maintain payroll files and records

• Work on special payroll projects as needed

• Run adhoc reports upon request

What we need to see:

• BS degree or equivalent payroll experience

• 7+ years work experience including multi state payroll

• Extensive payroll compliance and employment tax background

• Solid attention to detail

• RSU / Stock payroll processing experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience with payrolls larger than 12,000 employees

• Experience with both US and Canada payrolls

• Certified Payroll Professional a plus

• Garnishment administration knowledge

• UKG payroll experience

The base salary range is 68,000 USD - 115,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and
