Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sociology, computer science, statistics, psychology, anthropology, or related field, or relevant relevant experience.
Experience with research methods, including case studies, interviews and surveys. Experience in an applied research environment.
Candidate Qualifications:
Master's or PhD in sociology, cognitive science, statistics, psychology, anthropology, related field or relevant experience. Experience using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods and research methods in a variety of interdisciplinary areas.
Experience working closely with other analysts, developers, product managers and engineers across all product areas/groups. Experience with hardware and software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to scheduling and priorities. Ability to translate research observations into actionable recommendations for product direction and strategy.
