What will you do?
- Research various real estate properties.
- You will be working directly with Elite's customers, vendors, HOA, and various cross-department teams.
- Research public records via various websites and contact necessary agencies for needed information, and compile all found information into a PDF report. With assistance from our quality control team, you will be responsible for the accuracy and details of your findings.
- Effectively communicate requirements and actively track the timely receipt of outstanding due diligence items and coordinate resolution of issues as needed to meet closing timelines.
- Review property and coordinate for corrections as needed.
- Execute funding process including the finalization and transmittal of final HOA documents, verification of document execution, and wiring procedures.
- Review and validate order and sales contract information sources (order forms, agreements, POs, and approvals) for completeness and accuracy by processing SLAs and booking policies.
- Ensure the accuracy of booked orders regarding the order, sales contract, and sales account data in the CRM and workflow systems.
- Facilitate the provisioning of new accounts and/or services and work with Operations to investigate and resolve any provisioning issues.
- Provide operational support to sales and other teams about the order lifecycle.
- Collect data on HOAs through online findings & calling and consolidate information into workflow systems.
- Use online market research and online findings in databases.
- Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate.
- Maintaining and organizing the HOA database and Handle Daily Linkups as per project requirements.
- Required to meet monthly targets and complete urgent properties on time.
Requirements:
- Candidate should be comfortable working in US Shift
- Candidate with good English communication skills
- Candidate should have a Laptop and a good internet connection.
- 1-8 years in US real estate or equivalent industry experience.
- Real estate finance, title company, or legal background with be preferred.
- Dedicated to customer service, diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- Motivated, collaborative team player.
- Familiarity with real property rights, title issues, financing, and entity structure terms.
- Oral and written skills enable positive one-on-one interaction and effective communication of expectations and actions.
- Possess problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when performing verification of due diligence items, and document drafting.
- The ability to organize and establish priorities while managing multiple transactions at a time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
